Since we started, we have put on
several thousand squares of tile roofing. As a very small company, we
give personal attention to the important details, especially flashing and
dry in. Our wall flashings are installed under the wall's vapor
barrier on new roofs so that any water that penetrates the wall covering
will return to the roof instead of entering your building. We use
only large boots (18"x18") on plumbing flashings. Smaller
boots often do not cover the penetrations sufficiently. We fabricate
and install lead boots on your gas stacks to fit in the roll style tiles,
because there is no manufacturing company making them. Our aim is to
keep all the water on top of the tile roof. Some tile installers
allow some water to penetrate the tile roof and depend only on the underlay
to prevent water from entering your building.
